User Data Deletion
How to disconnect a social account and delete connected publishing data.
Last updated: 2026-08-18
Disconnect a connected account
Sign in to FacelessReels, open Settings → Connected Channels, and choose Disconnect for the YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook account you want to remove.
For Meta accounts, removing FacelessReels from your Facebook or Instagram settings also sends us a signed removal request. We verify that request before deleting the associated connection data.
What we delete
Disconnecting a channel removes its stored OAuth credentials and connected account details, and publications that have not started are canceled. A verified Meta removal or data-deletion request also deletes the related Instagram or Facebook publishing records. Your original generated videos remain in your FacelessReels account unless you delete them separately.
We may retain the minimum records required by law, security, fraud prevention, or financial compliance. Those records do not include reusable social-platform access credentials.
Confirmation and timing
Meta data-deletion callbacks are processed immediately. If this page includes a confirmation code, the signed request was accepted and the related connected-channel data was removed. Keep the code as your receipt.
Request help
If you cannot access your account, email support@facelessreels.app from the address associated with your FacelessReels account. Include the connected platform and account or Page name, but never send a password, access token, or app secret.
Read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle personal data.
