If you connect a YouTube channel or publish through FacelessReels, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You retain final control over the channel, video, title, description, audience selection, privacy selection, and publishing time. You must have all rights and permissions needed to upload the video and must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable law.

Instagram and Facebook Publishing

If you connect Instagram or Facebook or publish through FacelessReels, you agree to comply with the Facebook Terms, the Instagram Terms of Use, applicable Meta policies, and applicable law. You retain final control over the connected professional account or Page, video, caption, publishing options, and publishing time. You must have all rights and permissions needed to publish the content. FacelessReels does not guarantee that Meta will accept, process, distribute, or keep a publication available.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
